Join our June cooking class with Chef Paul to learn the fundamentals of cooking fish! How do you fillet a fish? What tools do you need? What are the best fish for grilling? During class, Chef Paul will demonstrate the basics of fish fabrication, and we'll dive into a variety of seafood preparations, from raw to wood-grilled. A family-style dinner featuring seafood and seasonal accompaniments rounds out the evening.
