Julia Termanas serves as the business manager for Vie in Western Springs. She maintains and oversees the day-to-day functions of the restaurant and works closely with the culinary team and renowned chef Paul Virant. Julia also is the business manager for Vistro, Vie’s sister restaurant in Hinsdale.
A Chicagoland native, Julia discovered her interest in the restaurant industry at an early age and secured her first kitchen job at Vito & Nick’s Pizzeria when she was just 16 years old. She attended Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, Illinois, where she studied accounting, restaurant management and culinary arts. Prior to joining Vie in 2005, Julia worked at Courtright’s in Willow Springs. There, she split her time between restaurant office manager and server, further refining her fine dining management skills.
When Julia is not at Vie or Vistro, she spends her time with her husband, Jason, and two children, Kayla and Lily.
