Join our September cooking class with Chef Paul to learn the fundamentals of preserving fruits and vegetables and participate in a hands-on canning extravaganza: jams, pickles, aigre-doux and mostarda! (Attendees can take home the items they make in class.) We’ll then sit down to enjoy a family-style dinner showcasing preserved items; dinner will be served with beverage pairings.

$250 per person (includes class, take-home items, dinner and beverages)
